STOCKTON, Utah, Aug. 4, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Sometimes, multiple fire agencies still struggle to douse a wildfire of nearly two dozen acres, and it still is not enough.
It takes a bit of assistance from above.
“Thankfully we had some help today when a fire sparked near Stockton,” says a Saturday night social media post from the North Tooele Fire District.
“Not just from the multiple agencies on the ground and the single engine tanker in the air, but from Mother Nature as well,” the post says.
“Rain helped us stop this fire at 22 acres.”
