UTAH COUNTY, Utah, Feb. 2, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — More than 6,500 residents of Orem, Lindon and Pleasant Grove were without power Tuesday afternoon according to Rocky Mountain Power.
The company isn’t sure what prompted the outage, but expect to have power restored by 5 p.m.
The zip codes affected are 84042, 84057, 84058, 84097 and 84062.
Approximately 6,887 customers are affected, down from 8,814 earlier Tuesday.
Orem Police are asking drivers to treat all blacked-out intersections as four-way stops.
