Provo crews extinguish downtown fire

PROVO, Utah, July 2, 2020 (Gephardt Daily) — Provo crews extinguished a fire behind downtown structures Thursday night.

“A fire was extinguished tonight behind structures in the 500 S. 100 West block,” said a tweet from Provo Fire and Rescue. “The cause is under investigation. As a reminder, large areas or small patches of dry grass and weeds burn quickly as summer temperatures rise. Please follow all recreational and firework restrictions.”
