PROVO, Utah, May 11, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — The Provo Police Department responded to an alleged aggravated robbery behind a local elementary school, and found the suspects to be juveniles.
“This afternoon, an aggravated robbery occurred behind Rock Canyon Elementary School,” says a statement issued at 3:16 p.m. Monday.
“Everyone involved were juveniles, and two juveniles are under arrest,” it says.
“The gun (later determined to be an airsoft gun) involved was collected as evidence and the situation was resolved before Rock Canyon Elementary School was over for the day.
“No one was injured, and there is no ongoing threat.”
