SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 22, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — A missing, endangered teen who had been missing since late Friday night has been found.
SLCPD tweeted at about 9 p.m. Saturday that Ruberwa Dieudonne, 13, a refugee who speaks no English, has been located “safe and sound.” His parents went to pick him up in West Valley City.
