TOOELE COUNTY, Utah, Sept. 26, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Authorities are investigating after a semi-truck driver was found deceased in his sleeper cab on the Delle on-ramp in Tooele County.
Utah Highway Patrol officials responded at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday after a “co-worker noticed that his GPS was not moving and proceeded to check on him,” a UHP statement says.
“Once on site, the co-worker found him deceased. The death is suspicious in nature and we suspect foul play.
“The State Bureau of Investigation will be conducting the investigation, and the county attorney has been notified.”
The UHP statement says more information will be shared as details are confirmed.
