Salt Lake Police seek suspect with warrants for sexual assault, abuse of child

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Dec. 21, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Officials are requesting the public’s help in locating a man identified as a suspect in a sexual assault and abuse of a child case.

Miguel Rodriguez, 58, may be hiding in Salt Lake City or West Valley City, according to a news release from the Salt Lake City Police Department.

He is aware that he is wanted by the police, and family and friends may be assisting him in avoiding arrest, according to the news release.

Rodriguez uses multiple aliases including the name Jose Carcamo-Rosa. He is known to work construction jobs. His warrants are aggravated sex abuse of a child and object rape of a child. He is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 180 pounds with gray and black hair and brown eyes. He may have a beard.
