SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – November 11, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – The Salt Lake Police Department located a missing elderly man after putting out a vulnerable adult alert Tuesday.
Elmo Barney, 76, was last seen on November 3 at the Sleep Cheap Hotel, 1999 West North Temple.
Barney’s family was concerned for his safety due to untreated medical and mental health issues.
Officials said Barney simple returned to the Sleep Cheap Hotel, the same place he was last seen more than a week ago.
He was not injured, and it’s unknown where he went during that time.
