SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 13, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Crews have extinguished a grass fire near 23000 N. Warm Springs Road in Salt Lake City.
“Brush fire is under control and crews from and Chevron refinery are just mopping up,” says a tweet shared by the Salt Lake City Fire Department, posted at 2:13 p.m. Saturday. The department had first tweeted about the fire nearly 40 minutes earlier.
“According to investigators, fire appears to have been caused by sparks from a rail car.”
