HERRIMAN, Utah, June 13, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Two 15-year-old boys riding an electric motorcycle were critically injured when they collided with a vehicle at about midnight Saturday morning in Herriman.

Sgt. Clark, Herriman Police, told Gephardt Daily the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene, near 5140 W. Rosecrest Road.

The driver, 41-year-old man, is cooperating with the investigation. He was not injured.

“There were two juvenile males that were on a motorcycle that were thrown from the vehicle,” Clark said.

A news release issued later on Saturday said neither boy was wearing protective gear. Both were transported to Primary Children’s Hospital for treatment.

Of the collision, Clark said “our major crash team was called out, and they’ll be doing a full investigation.”

Clark said he had no update on the boys’ current status.
