ENTERPRISE, Utah, April 22, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — The Utah Highway Patrol has released the name of the man who was ejected and killed when his pickup truck rolled late Saturday near Enterprise.

The victim was Coy L. Strong, 23, from Enterprise.

Just before midnight, the white 2009 Dodge Ram was traveling north on State Route 18, near milepost 40.

“It drifted off the right shoulder,” a Utah Highway Patrol statement says.

“The driver over-corrected back to the left, crossing the southbound lane of travel and exited the roadway. The vehicle rolled, ejecting the 23-year-old male driver, who sustained fatal injury.”

The driver was the only occupant in the vehicle. Speed and possible DUI are being investigated as possible contributors, the news release says.
