KEARNS, Utah, Aug. 31, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified Police officials have identified the teen killed early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle accident in Kearns.

The victim, who was driving the vehicle, was 19-year-old Bryan Huezo. Also injured were his two female passengers, both 19.

The accident happened at about 1 a.m. in the area of 5211 Shalee St.

“Our hearts go out to the family of who died in the crash,” a UPD tweet says. “Bryan was the driver. The two 19 year old female passengers are listed in fair condition.”

Lt. Paul Barker, with the Unified Police Department, told Gephardt Daily that crews transported two women — originally listed in critical but stable condition — to Intermountain Medical Center. Barker said one woman had been in the front passenger seat of the badly damaged car and the other had been in the back seat.

Barker said it appears the vehicle was eastbound on 5200 South and veered to the right, where it hit a fence, then went across the street and crashed into parked cars there.
