West Jordan PD seeks info on man who allegedly gave teller note demanding money, left scene

WEST JORDAN, Utah, Oct. 16, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — West Jordan Police officials are asking for help identifying a man caught on video after employees of the Redwood Road Goldenwest Credit Union say he handed the teller a note demanding cash.

The male “entered the bank and provided a note demanding money, then the suspect left the scene,” the WJPD statement says of the incident, which happened at about 2:39 p.m. today, Oct. 16.

“Officers quickly responded to the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.”.

The man is described as about 50 years old, with a gray beard, a red shirt, a tan hoodie, blue jeans and a tan Nike ball cap.
