REDDING, Calif., March 7 (UPI) — Police in California said they are searching for a woman who led officers on a high-speed chase while driving a van painted like Scooby Doo‘s Mystery Machine.

Redding police said Sharon Kay Turman, 51, was wanted on a probation violationSunday when she was spotted operating a 1994 Chrysler minivan painted teal and green with a design inspired by the Mystery Machine from the various Scooby Doocartoons.

Officers attempted a traffic stop, but Turman sped off through South Market Street, police said.

Turman allegedly drove at speeds exceeding 100 mph during the chase and at one point struck four vehicles while speeding through a red light.

The suspect was seen abandoning her vehicle by officers in a police helicopter. Her current whereabouts are unknown, police said.
