WASHINGTON, D.C., April 27. 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The White House was put on lockout this morning, with President Barack Obama inside.
CNN reporter Diane Gallagher posted on Twitter at about 11 a.m. Eastern time that law enforcement officials said someone threw a package containing a cell phone and papers over the north lawn fence of the White House.
That person is now in custody and the scene is secure, Gallagher said, citing information from law enforcement sources.
