Provo Police search for man who exposed himself, groped women

PROVO, Utah, Nov. 9, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Provo Police Department is asking for help identifying a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to four women, groping two of them, within the period of a week.

The department said in a Facebook post that the suspect first assaulted a female on Oct. 27 at approximately 7 a.m. in the area of 455 N. Belmont.

The second, third, and fourth episodes were all on Nov. 2. The second incident was at 900 S. State Street at approximately 8 p.m., the third was at 450 E. 600 North at approximately 9 p.m., and the fourth was at 900 N. 900 East at approximately 10 p.m.

The suspect allegedly exposed himself in all four incidents. The suspect never spoke to any of the victims. All four women are between 20 and 25 years old. It was dark during each episode, and three of the four women were jogging at the time they were assaulted.

The suspect is a white male, between 5-feet-8-inches and 6-feet tall, with a medium build. He also has red or brown “scruffy” facial hair. In all four incidents he was wearing a light colored hoodie, with the hood up, light jeans, and tennis shoes.
