More Than 1,000 RMP Customers Lose Electricity
SANDY, UTAH – July 14, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) –
More than 1,000 homes are without power in Sandy after a car crashed into a power pole.
The accident happened around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday near 9679 S. 1300 East.
Police say two people were inside the car but were not seriously injured.
According to the Rocky Mountain Power the majority of customers without power live in the 84092 zip code.
The electricity is expected to be restored by 11:30 a.m.
