SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – September 23, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – One person is dead after being hit by a TRAX train Wednesday night.
According to Salt Lake City police investigators, the incident happened around 9 p.m. near 200 West 1700 South.
First responders from the Salt Lake City Fire Department say the victim was dead when they arrived and there are indications the individual committed suicide.
Police have yet to release the victim’s identity. Their investigation is ongoing.
