SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – October 15, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A Salt Lake City woman was awakened to a man attempting to break into her bedroom window Thursday morning.
According to Salt Lake City Police, the incident occurred at 2:44 a.m. at a home located near 1200 South 800 East. A 31-year-old female told officers she was asleep in her bed when she heard the window above her bed being opened.
The woman jumped up and pushed the window closed as someone ran from the residence.
Officers and K-9 units responded, but they were unable to locate the suspect.
Police found the screen on the opened window had been cut.
