LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (UPI) — “Fantastic Beasts” star Eddie Redmayne reprised his role as Newt Scamander on a “Late Late Show” skit where James Corden played a very confused TSA agent.

Scamander, who travels the world studying magical creatures and collecting them in his magical briefcase, decided to travel via commercial airline rather than use the traditional wizarding methods.

As his enchanted bag makes its way through security, Corden’s character notices a set of blinking eyes and pulls Scamander over for a bag check.

“Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Scamander said as Corden insists on opening the bag — which served as the beginning of Scamander’s troubles in the film version of J.K. Rowling‘s Wizarding World story.

Corden’s bumbling character missed Scamander’s fantastic beasts and instead confiscated his mouthwash, which was in a container larger than the TSA allows on flights.

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” opens in theaters Friday.
