LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) — Musicians Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reached an agreement regarding the divorce that will end their 13-year marriage.
TMZ reported the former couple will have joint custody of their three sons, with Kingston, Zuma and Apollo spending the majority of their time with Rossdale due to Stefani’s busy career.
There reportedly was no prenuptial pact and Rossdale agreed to accept much less than the 50 percent share of the community property he is entitled to under California law.
Stefani filed for divorce in August. It is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
Stefani’s song “Used to Love You” was released this month.
