LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10 (UPI) — Power couple Jay Z and Beyoncé are getting kicked out of their 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate according to reports.

TMZ first broke the story Thursday reporting that the property has been sold forcing the music megastars to vacate the premises within the next 60 days.

Jay Z and Beyoncé have been paying $150,000 a month since February to rent the home. Sources claim that the couple is already out on the hunt for a new place in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Holmby Hills.

The Crazy In Love singers have other options however, such as moving to New Orleans, where they bought a $2.6 million church-turned-mansion back in May according to E! News.

Recently, Jay Z and Beyoncé have been keeping a low profile and have not made many public appearances since the launch and failure of Jay Z’s music streaming service, Tidal.
