Jenna Jameson Sues Ex-Boyfriend Tito Ortiz Over Home
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., July 14, 2015 — (UPI) — Jenna Jameson sued ex-boyfriend Tito Ortiz over their Huntington Beach home last week.
The 41-year-old former porn star is seeking equal financial control over the waterfront house they shared as a couple. Jameson and Ortiz were together seven years before splitting in 2013.
The Orange County Register reports Ortiz is listed as the sole owner of the property, but Jameson claims she paid for the majority of the down payment and put her ex’s name on the title with the understanding she would have 50 percent control.
Ortiz has sole custody of the former couple’s six-year-old twin sons, Jesse and Journey. Jameson is currently engaged to Lior Bitton and will convert to Judaism for her fiancé, while Ortiz went on to date former UFC ring girl Amber Nichole Miller.
Jameson has not explicitly addressed the suit, but did post an Ani DiFranco quote about perseverance Tuesday, writing, “And God help you if you are a phoenix, and you dare to rise up from the ash. A thousand eyes will smoulder with jealousy, while you’re just flying past.”
