NEW YORK, March 19 (UPI) – Jennifer Garner fought back tears during an appearance on the Today show Wednesday, where she spoke about her recent feature in Southern Living magazine.
Garner, 42, posed with her mother Patricia Ann and sisters Melissa and Susannah for the spread. In the cover story, she introduced “the Garner Girls” to the world.

“It makes me cry to see their faces so I won’t look [at the screen],” the actress told Savannah Guthrie. “There’s just nothing like sharing the spotlight or anything else with your sisters and your mom. It’s always fun for me to get my sisters dolled up, and my mom.”

Garner’s visit to Today was part of the promotional tour for her forthcoming drama “Danny Collins,” where she co-stars opposite Al Pacino. On Tuesday, Garner visited the “Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” where she made headlines for getting a pie on the face.
