Jan. 20 (UPI) — Paris Jackson drew comparisons to Madonna this week with her new modeling gig.
The 18-year-old daughter of late singer Michael Jackson was spotted shooting with blonde hair and retro clothes Wednesday in Paris, according to E! News.
Jackson and several men dressed as soldiers posed at the Esplanade du Trocadero for what appeared to be a WWII-themed shoot. Us Weekly reported the teenager was shooting a campaign for Chanel.
“Paris is in a very happy place, she is pursuing her creative interests as an 18-year-old woman and feels like this is finally her time,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
“She wants to try modeling, acting and has been songwriting. She is grateful for the opportunities ahead,” the insider added.
Jackson later shared a photo from the shoot with her 925,000 followers on Instagram. She had previously posted a picture of herself and boyfriend Michael Snoddy in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Jackson is the only daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe. She slammed Joseph Fiennes‘ portrayal of her late dad for the new Sky Arts series Urban Myths last week, and the episode has since been canceled.
