HURRICANE, Utah, April 20, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — One person sustained minor burns in a motorhome fire that also damaged a trailer Saturday in the Hurricane Valley.
Crews responded about 1 p.m. to the motorhome and trailer fire that spread about 1/4 of an acre, Hurricane Valley Fire and Rescue stated on social media.
“Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly. One individual was evaluated for minor burns, but refused treatment from EMS. No firefighter injuries were reported,” the post says.
Because of the fire’s remote location, crews had to shuttle water to the area, the post says.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
