PAROWAN, Utah, Oct. 30, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) –The Parowan, Utah, area experienced a 3.5 magnitude earthquake at about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The minor quake was reported to be about 15 miles from Parowan, at 38.054 degrees North and 112.807 degrees west. It was centered at 9.7 km (6 miles) depth, according to information provided by the University of Utah.
That magnitude of earthquake typically causes light shaking. No damage or injuries have been reported in this case.
