HERRIMAN, Utah, June 27, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — Three longtime friends have a plan to meet at Herriman hotspot Redemption Bar & Grill on Friday night.
They’ll be the ones in the spotlight, center stage at the bar’s basement venue. And the trio, 3Deep, plans to play hits to invigorate the crowd.
Preston Creed sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar. His friend of about 20 years, Danny Boyd, handles lead guitar. And their friend of two decades, Dimitri Mannos, will handle drums.
“I think playing with my two best friends is probably the best part,” Creed said.
But beyond that, 3Deep likes to play favorite songs from artists “including Prince all the way to Chris Stapleton and Journey and, you know, Led Zeppelin in between, and new stuff too, like from Teddy Swims.
“We just stick to the hit, to the hits,” Creed said. “We’re not going to be playing like the B sides of anything.”

The trio formed about two years back, when The Cabin, a Park City bar and venue, was looking for a resident band, Creed said..
“The Cabin is a pretty small club, and they wanted a band that could kind of play a little bit of everything. And so, with two phone calls, I put together a three-piece band.”
3 Deep now has a solid following and is even beginning to write some original music, but still focuses on the hits at its club gigs along the Wasatch Front and Back.
Creed said the band is excited about playing Redemption and providing a good time for all.
Redemption Bar & Grill is at 3517 Maradona Drive, in Herriman. Doors open at 8 p.m., and the music starts at 9 p.m. Redemption, a 21-and-older venue, also has a main floor bar and a second-floor tiki bar, and a full menu of drinks, appetizers and desserts.
