MILLARD COUNTY, Utah, July 25, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Officials are investigating the death of a truck driver found Friday morning partially ejected from his vehicle in Millard County.
Shortly after 6 a.m. Friday a rancher reported finding the vehicle crashed on Cedar Mountain Road, nearly a mile north of Fillmore, according to the Millard County Sheriff‘s Office.
“Deputies found a single male occupant had been partially ejected from his white Dodge pickup truck when it rolled several times.”
He was deceased at the scene, the sheriff’s office said. A Utah Highway Patrol accident reconstruction team responded to the scene as well as the State Medical Examiner’s Office.
Notifications to the family have been made and the victim has been identified as Greg Bennett Wade, 43, of Fillmore.
Investigation is ongoing and no further details were released.
