OGDEN, Utah, Dec. 9, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A suspect is in custody after a SWAT standoff in Ogden.
Police barricaded a home in the area of 29th Street and Pingree Ave. and attempted to negotiate with the suspect, Joseph Chavez, who is wanted on multiple warrants.
Chavez escaped from South Ogden Police through a patrol car window near 3600 Wall Ave. Monday afternoon.
