Armed robber hits Holiday gas station in West Jordan

WEST JORDAN, Utah, April 30, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are investigating an apparent armed robbery late Sunday night at the Holiday Oil gas station, 8166 S. U-111 Highway (6800 West).

West Jordan Police Sgt. Dan Roberts told Gephardt Daily that a man wearing dark clothing and a ski mask entered the store at about 10 p.m. The man had a knife or similar object, Roberts said, and demanded cash from the till and cigarettes.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot.

Roberts said no one was injured in this incident. The suspect is still outstanding, he said, and the investigation is ongoing.

  1. I live down the street and my brothers 400$ bike was stolen last night at about that time. It was black with red rims and has no brakes.
