SALT LAKE CITY, November 23 (Gephardt Daily) ─ A man is dead after a Monday morning industrial accident at 621 N Fulton Street in Salt Lake City.
According to the Salt Lake City Police Department, Fred Hannert, age 50, of West Valley City was working alone with heavy equipment at Adler Tank Rentals when he was caught between a forklift and a water tank.
Hannert’s body was discovered at about 10:50 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say it’s unclear how or exactly when the accident happened. Their investigation is ongoing.
