BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah, Oct. 28, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Box Elder County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a suspect in connection with an Oct. 24 armed robbery at Bear River Country Market.
Acting on a tip, officers responded to an address in Brigham City where Kyle Kano had been staying, and took him into custody.
The Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release that it has found evidence that links 43-year-old Kano to the crime scene.
Because Kano was considered armed and dangerous, multiple agencies responded to the residence. He was arrested without incident.
Kano also was wanted on a warrant issued out of Second District Court in Ogden through Adult Probation and Parole. He was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on the warrant, robbery and automobile theft charges.
