Contract Kitchen Staff Arrested for Custodial Sexual Relations
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – June 26, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A contract kitchen staff member at Salt Lake County Metro Jail has been arrested for sexual misconduct.
Former Trinity Services employee Heather Biggs was arrested yesterday at 2:52 p.m. on four third-degree felony counts of custodial sexual relations; Biggs was a contract kitchen employee at the Salt Lake County Metro Jail. The arrest comes as part of an ongoing internal investigation in collaboration with the Salt Lake Area Metro Gang Unit.
