SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 22, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Singer Donny Osmond was among the Utah drivers who lost the battle Monday with Utah’s challenging driving conditions.
“It’s snowing like crazy here in #Utah,” Osmond posted on his Twitter account, “and guess who decided to hit a tree?”
Osmond’s post included a face-palm emoji. It was posted at about 11 a.m. Monday.
“Luckily no one was hurt,” the tweet continued. “Jackie at Martin’s Collision said she will help me out. Thanks Jackie! #mlkday2019 – at Martin’s Collision Repair.”
That shop is located in downtown Salt Lake City. Osmond provided no additional details about the accident.
A photo posted with the tweet showed a white car with a crumpled front fender. Osmond is pictured giving the “thumbs down” signal.
Utah Highway Patrol officials said that as of 9 p.m. Monday, they had responded to 234 crashes.
