JUAB COUNTY, Utah, Feb. 5, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A 32-year-old man died at the scene in Juab County, near Nephi, in a crash just before dawn on Thursday.
Lt. Cameron Roden, Utah Highway Patrol, said the incident happened at about 6:15 on State Route 1132, near mile marker 30.
A westbound Toyota Corolla “swerved into the eastbound lanes and hit a semi head on,” Roden’s statement says.
“The adult male driver of the semi was transported with minor injuries. The roadway was closed for about four hours while they conducted their crash investigation and cleanup.”
