SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Oct. 29, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — ESPN’s “College GameDay” pregame show will air live from Salt Lake City from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday before the 24th-ranked Utah football team hosts 17th-ranked Cincinnati in a Big 12 showdown at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
It will be the sixth Utah “College Gameday” appearance, and second in the past three seasons, the U of U Athletics news release says.
The Saturday morning show will be staged at President’s Circle in the center of campus, and fans are encouraged to arrive early and watch the show live from the broadcast location.
The U of U Athletics release says University of Utah students showing valid UID cards will be admitted into the overnight queuing area on campus, beginning at 6 p.m. local time on Friday, Oct. 31.
“Music, giveaways and free food and drink will be provided on Friday evening to students in the overnight queuing area,” the release says. Student overnight queuing information can be found here.
- On Friday, the “College Football Live” show will be taped from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the Home Depot Hype Hat — a College GameDay-themed photo-op experience for fans — is open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Free T-shirts will be given out to the first 100 fans to come to the Hype Hat activation, the U statement says.
Saturday’s lineup begins at 5:30 a.m. local time, with several live SportsCenter hits featuring ESPN “College GameDay” talent, followed by the full “College GameDay” show from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. local time.

The Utes (6-2, 3-2 Big 12) and Bearcats (7-1, 5-0 Big 12) will kick off at Rice-Eccles Stadium Saturday at 8:15 p.m. Mountain Time on ESPN.
