BOUNTIFUL, Utah, Jan. 12, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — The South Davis Metro Fire Department responded to 1130 N. 784 East at about 9 p.m. Friday, after oily rags caught fire in a garbage can in the home’s garage.
Crews had the fire extinguished quickly, but were still cleaning up and conducting an investigation later in the night.
In a tweet, the fire department said no one was injured, and the home’s residents weren’t displaced.
The estimated dollar amount of damage was $5,000.
