HEBER CITY, UTAH – August 17, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A Heber City man is recovering after a party fight that nearly cost him his life Saturday morning.
According to police, they were called to a house party fight in the early morning hours of August 15, 2015. When they arrived they found a man beaten to unconsciousness.
The male was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Utah County with a collapsed lung, multiple facial fractures and possible brain injury.
Danny William Henley, a 38-year-old Heber resident, was arrested on a second degree felony aggravated assault, intoxication, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. His bail set at $10,000.
