CEDAR CITY, Utah, Nov. 27, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — High winds blew over two semi-trucks on Interstate 15 near Cedar City Wednesday afternoon.
A tweet from Utah Highway Patrol at 3:30 p.m. said: “High-profile vehicles beware: some serious winds throughout our state right now. A semi was blown over on I-15 southbound at mile marker 61 near Cedar City. It has just been moved off to the side of the road. Both lanes reopened.”
Another semi blew over, also on southbound I-15, at mile marker 68, which is also in the Cedar City area. That incident is still causing delays as of 4:45 p.m., UHP said in a tweet.
