SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 22, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Have you tried the “Hobby Lobby Challenge?”
It started with teenagers wanting something more entertaining for their senior pictures, posing alluringly against the gigantic backdrops of silk flowers crowding every aisle.
So … we had to do it.
I’m kind of loving our Utah state legislators right now — here’s why:
I KNEW IT! I always knew they had quotas! The legislature just voted to ban ticket quotas for police officers. One lawmaker claimed that municipalities use the quotas as “revenue generators.” You always suspected the quota thing, too- didn’t you!
And every one of us knows a mom who’s struggled with postpartum depression, and the lawmakers are actually setting aside money for treatment and better education.
BYU’s reaching out to assault victims via Instagram to let them know the school is there to help — smart idea! And we have the terrifying story of the Worst. Roommate. EVER.
Here’s a headline I never thought I would read: “China declares war on funeral strippers.” Yeah, we’ll tell you all about it on “The Todd and Erin Morning Stream.”
