MURRAY, UTAH – October 25, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) —Â A commercial party van loaded with passengers landed on its side near 4500 South and State Street Sunday morning after colliding with a Ford Explorer.
According to Murray police Sgt. Devon Higgins, the accident happened around 10:45 a.m. when one of the vehicles ran a red light.
Three people aboard the bus were injured and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Sgt. Higgins told Gephardt Daily the party bus was filled to capacity at the time of the crash and that it was “incredible” no one was seriously injured.
Investigators are still trying to determine who caused the accident.
