ZION NATIONAL PARK, Utah, June 6, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Parts of Zion National Park are closed Sunday due to an ongoing search and rescue operation, a statement from the park says.
Areas temporarily closed are:
- The Temple of Sinawava shuttle stop, including access to Riverside Walk
- The Narrows, from the bottom up
- Mystery Canyon
- Orderville Canyon
Park officials said they would update the status, announced in a 7:40 a.m. Sunday tweet, when circumstances change.
No additional details about the search and rescue operation were made available.
