MURRAY, Utah, Sept. 7, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Two people were shot in Murray at about 10:50 p.m. Monday, and drove themselves to the hospital for treatment, officials say.
Police were dispatched at 10:52 p.m. on a report of shots fired at 4450 S. 120 West.
“Upon arrival, it was determined a shooting had occurred in the roadway. The victims drove together to Intermountain Medical Center in a personal vehicle before officers arrived,” says a statement issued by the City of Murray and Police Chief Craig D. Burnett.
“Currently, both victims are in stable condition at the hospital. There is no suspect information at this time. This is an active investigation, and there are no further details to report.”
Police believe there is no threat to the public, the statement says.
