SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 28, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — The Salt Lake City Police Department is releasing limited information on a Saturday night shooting in SLC’s Poplar Grove neighborhood.
The investigation began about 8:48 p.m. when police were dispatched to the area of 1612 W. Wright Circle.
“There is only one (1) patient. Paramedics took that person to the hospital with serious injuries,” according to a statement issued Sunday morning by the SLCPD PR Unit,
“No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing,” the statement said
“The circumstances to the shooting are unclear at this stage in the investigation.”
