MILLCREEK, Utah, Dec. 26, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department will conduct a DUI checkpoint on Friday night in an effort to promote safe, sober driving through the holiday season.
The DUI checkpoint will be from 9 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday at 3400 S. Highland Drive, northbound.
A UPD post on Facebook says:
“With this public notice, UPD hopes Utah drivers will make safe, alternative plans to prevent impaired driving. According to law, a jurisdictional authorized plan will be available at the site of the administrative checkpoint and will be maintained on file for one year. You may obtain a copy of the plan at the Unified Police Department located at 1580 E 3900 S Millcreek Ut 84107.”
