PARK CITY, Utah, Jan. 31, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — A vehicle landed upside down in a creek after it slid off an elevated roadway in Park City early Saturday morning.

Crews responded to the area of Deer Valley Drive and Aerie Drive for a vehicle that plunged off the roadway on Deer Valley Drive and landed in the creek below, said a Facebook post from Park City Fire District.

“Passersby who witnessed the slide off and plunge were able to pull the single occupant out of the vehicle to safety prior to our arrival,” the post said. “Fortunately he had only minor injuries. No hazardous materials leaked into the creek. Please be careful and slow down on snowy roads.”
