WASHINGTON D.C. – September 17, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – American Airlines Group Inc. flights to three of its hub cities were back in the air on Thursday afternoon after the airlines resolved the connectivity issues that had grounded those planes earlier.
Thursday morning, American stopped hundreds of flights headed to Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago O’Hare and Miami international airports from taking off. International flights were not affected, a company spokesman said.
Flights were grounded for approximately two hours. The airlines said it is now working with customers to get them all on their way as soon as possible.
