LONDON, May 1 (UPI) — Kensington Palace released on Twitter this weekend several photos of the youngest member of the British royal family — Princess Charlotte.
The images were shared ahead of the child’s first birthday Monday.
She is the daughter of Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton.
“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share new photographs of Princess Charlotte,” the palace said in a tweet, introducing the series of photos Sunday.
“The Duchess took these pictures of her daughter in April at their home in Norfolk,” reads another Twitter post. “The Duke and Duchess are happy to be able to share these family moments, ahead of their daughter’s first birthday.”
The blue-eyed tot is seen wearing dresses with matching cardigans and tights, hair-bows and black shoes.
The various snapshots capture her sitting, standing and pushing a wheeled toy containing blocks outside in the grass.
