Breaking Bag
Collin Blair is one of the many, many passengers that has had his luggage completely ruined.

He took an American Airlines flight to Belize, and after returning from the trip he saw wheels broken and ripped off and part of the suitcase cover torn apart.
He says that the only thing holding the suitcase together was the inside lining.
Blair tried to file a claim with American Airlines. Just like most airlines, American Airlines gives 24 hours to claim damages and seven days for international itineraries.
The catch, you have to report it in person before leaving the airport.
Blair called and they said someone would be there.
He waited for over an hour for someone to show up.
“We want functioning bags, we want them to admit they made a mistake,” said Blair.
Collin is still waiting for an answer from the airline, and so are we.
